Trelles Brown is the Founder and Principal of Integrity Consulting & Contractual Solutions LLC, bringing over two decades of professional experience in government operations, compliance, workforce development, and community service.

With a career rooted in public service, Trelles spent 20+ years as a Claims Examiner with the State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency — where she developed deep expertise in federal and state unemployment laws, claims adjudication, fraud investigation, policy compliance, and staff training. Her tenure in government gave her an insider's understanding of how agencies operate, what they need, and where operational gaps cost the most.

A certified trainer and experienced public speaker, Trelles has led worker orientations, employer workshops, Rapid Response sessions, and training programs for new and seasonal staff — building a reputation as a trusted communicator and service-driven leader across Michigan's public sector community.

Trelles holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Leadership from Baker College, with concentrated studies in Human Resources, Management, and Leadership — complemented by extended learning in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.

She founded ICCS on a simple conviction: that integrity must be the foundation of every professional engagement.
